When it's time to settle down, we will find a home in our new city (Asheville, NC or Portland, OR). Shannon should have no problems finding another nursing job. Brenton on the other hand, will have to try a little harder to become a Firefighter again.
Brenton has worked plenty of silly jobs in the past, so he will do whatever he can to pay the bills. While working, he plans to volunteer for the local fire department to stay fresh on training and hopefully get a foot in the door, which can lead to a full-time position...after that, we will probably make beautiful babies and become awesome parents.
During the first 6 months of this trip we have already learned a lot about ourselves and how we want to spend our lives. We don't want to spoil all of the surprises yet, but we have big plans for after our journey to South America...
Our Plan?
